There is nothing wrong with Settings and Control Panel in Windows. But some of the options are in different places and are called different things than most people are used to. What if we could take all of these functions and put them into a nice and easy-to-use folder on the desktop?

God mode can be a handy tool for power users who want to have more control over their Windows system. However, it is not recommended for beginners or casual users who may not be familiar with the consequences of changing some settings. Therefore, use god mode at your own risk and make sure you have a backup of your important data before making any changes.

What is a God mode for

God mode is a hidden feature in Windows that allows you to access all the settings and options in one place. It is also known as the Windows Master Control Panel shortcut or All Tasks folder. It can be useful for advanced users who want to tweak their system settings or troubleshoot problems.

Some of the things you can do with God mode are:

  • Change your display settings, such as resolution, color calibration, and themes.
  • Manage your devices and printers, such as adding or removing hardware, updating drivers, and troubleshooting.
  • Adjust your networks and internet settings, such as connecting to a wireless network, setting up a VPN, or sharing files and folders.
  • Customize your personalization settings, such as changing your desktop background, lock screen, and taskbar.
  • Configure your system and security settings, such as checking for updates, restoring your system, or encrypting your files.

Activate God mode in just 3 steps

For example, if you want to add a printer, the usual steps will be; go to Settings, select Bluetooth and devices, select Printers & scanners, and click Add device. But with God mode, you will find Add a Device setting instantly. Just double-click on it and there it is.
