To get the Recluse from the kiosk, you need:
- 75,000 Glimmer
- 100 Legendary Shards
- 2 Enhancement Prisms
- 1 Ascendant Shard
The Recluse has excellent stats and a powerful combination of perks – Feeding Frenzy for faster reloads after kills, and Master of Arms for increased damage after any weapon kill. This makes it extremely effective, especially for PvE content like strikes and raids.
Many consider it one of the best SMGs ever introduced into Destiny 2, even after some nerfs. It defined the SMG meta for a long time after its release. The recent Funnelweb SMG in The Witch Queen expansion is considered by some to be a successor or “Recluse 2.0”.
