- You can click the “Remove from Profile” option in a place’s menu to remove it from your profile page and prevent others from easily finding it. This does not delete the place completely.
- You can move the place to the Archive section, which removes clutter on your Develop page. To do this, click the “Move to Archive” option in the place’s menu. This also does not delete the place.
Overwrite Places
- The only way to truly overwrite a place is to publish a new blank place with the same name. This will replace the old place’s contents while keeping the place ID intact.
- You can also overwrite an existing place when publishing by checking the “Overwrite existing place” box instead of “Save as new place”. Then select the place you want to overwrite from the list.
Other Options
- Set places to Private or Friends-only to restrict access. However, this does not remove places completely.
- Contact Roblox support to request place deletion, but there is no guarantee they can or will delete places upon request.
So in summary, there is no true deletion process for places. The best option is to overwrite old places you want removed with blank templates. This effectively removes their contents from view for all practical purposes.
