- Scroll down and look for the “Delete Account” or “Deactivate Account” option. This may be under a section like “Privacy” or “Account”.
- Tap the “Delete Account” or “Deactivate Account” button and confirm that you want to delete your account when prompted.
- You may need to enter your account password to complete the deletion.
- Your account should now be permanently deleted along with your location history and data. You will be logged out of the app.
Some key points:
- Simply uninstalling the app does not delete your account or stop your location from being tracked. You have to formally delete your account through the app’s settings.
- If you are not the owner/admin of the Life360 account, you will need to contact the account owner or Life360 support to request deletion.
- Cancelling an active Life360 membership/subscription is a separate process from deleting your account. Make sure to cancel if you want to stop being billed.
