How to Tell If Someone Deleted Life360

  1. Scroll down and look for the “Delete Account” or “Deactivate Account” option. This may be under a section like “Privacy” or “Account”.
  2. Tap the “Delete Account” or “Deactivate Account” button and confirm that you want to delete your account when prompted.
  3. You may need to enter your account password to complete the deletion.
  4. Your account should now be permanently deleted along with your location history and data. You will be logged out of the app.

Some key points:

  • Simply uninstalling the app does not delete your account or stop your location from being tracked. You have to formally delete your account through the app’s settings.
  • If you are not the owner/admin of the Life360 account, you will need to contact the account owner or Life360 support to request deletion.
  • Cancelling an active Life360 membership/subscription is a separate process from deleting your account. Make sure to cancel if you want to stop being billed.
