How To Upload and Change Your Profile Photo in Cisco Webex Meetings

Having a profile photo in Cisco Webex Meetings makes it easier for meeting participants to recognize you. Here is how to upload or change your profile picture in Webex Meetings.


Before uploading your profile photo, ensure:

  • You have a Webex Meetings account
  • You are signed in to your Webex Meetings account through the desktop app or web browser
  • You have a picture file ready to upload. Supported formats are .jpg, .png, .gif, or .bmp. The file size should be under 10 MB.

Upload a New Profile Photo

Follow these steps to upload a new profile picture:

  1. Sign in to your Webex Meetings account
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Select “Edit Profile”
  4. In the Profile Picture section, click “Change”
