- Log in to your Blizzard account at www.blizzard.com
- Click on “Support” in the top right corner, then “Contact Support”
- Select “Account, App & Shop” then “Remove my Data”
- Select “Remove my Battle.net Account and game data”
- Read through the information and check the box to confirm
- Click “Submit Request”
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- All personal information like name, contact details, security info is removed
- All purchase history, saved payment methods, and remaining account balance is deleted
- Access to all Blizzard games associated with the account is permanently lost
- All game progress, achievements, characters, etc. are deleted
- The process is irreversible, accounts cannot be recovered
- It can take up to 30 days for the deletion request to be fully processed
Before Deleting
- Consider if you really want to permanently delete everything
- Make sure to unlink any connected Activision accounts first
- Download any data you may want to keep
- You have 5 days to cancel deletion requests after submitting
