- Open the Quick Menu in VRChat (usually by pressing the menu button on your VR controller).

Trust Ranks in VRChat

Higher ranks are unlocked by spending more time in VRChat, adding friends, uploading content, and having other users view/use your content. Ranks can decrease by getting blocked, reported, or losing friends.
