- On desktop, click on your workspace name in the left sidebar. The workspace URL will be listed underneath the name.
- On mobile, tap on your workspace name at the top of the screen. Then go to Settings > View Workspace Details. The URL will be shown here.
If you are signed out of Slack:
- Go to slack.com and click “My team is on Slack”. Enter your work email and confirm it.
- Open the email Slack sent you and confirm your email address.
- On the next page, you will see your organization’s workspaces listed with their names and URLs.
So in summary, if you are already logged into your workspace, clicking on the workspace name is the fastest way to find the URL. And if you are logged out, you can still easily retrieve the URL by confirming your email address – Slack will show you all of your organization’s workspaces and their associated URLs.
The workspace URL serves as a unique web address that your team members use to access your Slack workspace. It typically includes your company or team name, like “acmeinc.slack.com”. Workspace owners can change the name and URL if needed from the workspace settings.
