How to View Complete Purchase and Transaction History on Xbox Consoles

Being able to view your full purchase and transaction history on Xbox consoles is important for several reasons. It allows you to:

  • See everything you’ve bought on your Xbox account across devices
  • Track orders and print invoices
  • Manage subscriptions and cancel if needed
  • Troubleshoot issues with purchases or billing
  • Take advantage of special offers based on past purchases

Check Purchase History on an Xbox Console

You can view your Xbox purchase history directly on any Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S console:

You can also print invoices and order details as needed.

Managing Subscriptions

To manage recurring subscriptions:

  • Go to Services & Subscriptions
  • Switch billing frequency or cancel subscriptions
  • Change payment method if needed

This is where you can view and manage Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass, and other subscriptions.

Tips for Checking Purchase History

  • Sign in to each Microsoft account you use for purchases
  • Use ALL for date range to see entire history
  • Try lower page numbers if purchase is missing
